  I have been working out with Jason at Champion Fitness Training for the past 3yrs. Initially, I was only using exercise to lose weight, but Jason helped me realize what I really needed was to focus on changing my lifestyle and to make exercise and health a priority. Now fitness, health, and diet is part of my lifestyle. I now enjoy and crave being active in and outside of the gym. Even after 3 years, Jason continues to hold me accountable and pushes me to achieve the results I am looking for. I would highly recommend Champion Fitness training to anyone at any fitness level.
